Honor Points & Tribute Points

Honor points are given to amazons who achieve and take part in certain events or tasks, with a report to follow. They lead to promotion, and ultimately effect the bonuses they receive from worshipping the Gods, through ‘Tribute Points’.

Honor points are required if you wish to gain a quest to then advance in rank; the table below shows how.

As a Adelphi, you start with 0, then you become Arharios after a ritual, which is fairly quick. Then, any of these;

How do I gain Honor Points?

Leading a Hunt with report (+2 per person that attends).

+10 pts

Participating in a hunt (with name placed on report).

+5 pts

Organizing a Festival dedicated to a God (with report).

+20 pts (+ an extra 20 tribute points to the designated God)

Participating in the Festival.

+5 Pts

Paying tribute to a God with report.

+8 pts (+5 extra tribute points to that God)

A week’s service.

+5 pts

Winning the Eucleia.

+20 pts

Honor Duel

A honor duel is where on Adelphi’ challenges another Adelphi’ in a bid to gain honor from the recipient.

The duel must be official, a challenge must be declared on the forums where a member of the symbolio shall see if the challenge is worthy. The recipient will then decide whether to accept the duel or not. If they decline, they lose 2 honor points.

The challenger sets the amount that they wish to gain by, (similar to a bet ). If they place 20 honor points on the honor duel, they will gain 20 honor points by winning. The recipient loses half of what the challenger gains.

Example: Pistia challenges Iphito to a honor duel and places down 10 honor points. Pistia wins the duel and gains 10 honor points, and Iphito loses 5.

All duels must be supervised by a superior Adelphi.

How can I lose honor points?

The amount you may lose is at the discretion of the symbolio.

• Bringing disrespect to the Amazons
• Breaking Amazon law

What are Tribute points?

Tribute points are the points given to the Gods to represent worship. Any honor points that are gathered by any Adelphi’s are doubled, and then given to a god or several gods of their choice. They are gained at the same time, whenever honor points are gained. If you gain 10 honor points, you therefore gain 20 tribute points to give to your chosen God(s). The Gods you chose must be labeled at bottom of report, otherwise it will go to the one with the lowest tribute points in total.

The Gods tribute points deteriorate weekly, and when they dip below certain levels the guild is effected as a whole.

Here are the levels in detail:

0-499	Destruction of buildings on island	Non-exceptional weapons, armour type reduced.	Disease
500-999	Buildings start to wear away, with monsters around.	Iron weapons for nation only.	Famine
1000-1999	Monsters attacking	Only symbolio have special metal weapons.	Rations, Poverty, few animals
2000-2999	Monsters appear from the seas	Only symbolio and those with high honor points have special metal weapons.	Average food amount, less animals.
3000+	Peace and calm.	Weapons are open for everyone.	Plentiful food, farms prosper and animal thrive.

0 represents that the Gods pretty much despise us, and are doing their best to harm our island. The more tribute points mean the calmer the gods are, and the more benefits we will receive. The gods also use up their tribute points weekly, at different rates.

Poseidon uses his 50 points per week.

Artemis uses hers at 30 points per week.

Athena uses hers 20 points per week

This will fluctuate by the Gods mood during times of war, or a time where there have not been any festivals dedicated to them for a while for example.
